modern hotel air conditioning breakfast options
i liked the modern and clean hotel. our room had great air conditioning, a must for me. the breakfast options included dumplings, noodles, and a fish curry. the hotel removes towels left unattended on loungers for over 45 minutes, something i liked.
the gym could use some upgrades.

the hotel is a short walk to the beach. i found many restaurants and convenience stores on the same road (perfect for quick needs!). it also has easy access to different spots.

the staff is well-trained and friendly. i saw staff always checking for cleanliness around the grounds and pool area. the housekeeping was friendly to requests (which i found really helpful).

great location professional staff warm demeanor reassuring approach
I really enjoyed my time here. the hotel's location is fantastic, close to the beach and a variety of shops and restaurants. the staff were great. Winadi greeted me with a smile at the pool. the professionalism from wahyu while handling difficult guests impressed me, it was reassuring to see (i had never witnessed something like that!).

the room was really big, and very comfortable (i really needed to relax!). the bedding felt great, and all clean. the size of the beds was also a great.

the hotel has a large area with two swimming pools. the swim-up bar is very excellent and has a nice menu. happy hour seemed like a party, it was wonderful. the hotel seemed well-kept.

i was amazed by the variety of options for breakfast. the breakfast was delicious and there were many things to choose from. the bar food and the restaurant also had good quality food.

The breakfast buffet offered a rich selection of international dishes. The Asian cuisine tasted authentic and it was very satisfying. (The sushi was amazing!).
The air conditioning unit made a slight humming noise.
